Do you ship Internationally?
No. Not at this time. Exceptions can be made. Only, “Serious” requests for such exceptions should be directed to info@sikntwistedpsycles.com.

Nope, We can only ship to a physical address.
What types of payment options are available?

How can I place an order if I don't have a credit card?
We accept mail orders via Check or Money Order, as well. To place a mail order, you will need to send an e-mail to info@sikntwistedpsycles.com in order to obtain price and availability as well as receive an invoice with the total amount due. Your order will be processed once the payment is received.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call our shop at 702-457-9171. You may not cancel an order via e-mail. Order cancellations must be made within 72 hours of originally placing the order.
How long after I place an order, does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of order, through our merchant services. If the item you ordered happens to be on a back order, you will be notified, immediately via e-mail and options will be given requesting if you would like to either keep the B/O, or to simply cancel the order.
How long after my credit card is charged, will I receive my order?
Normal delivery for “In-Stock” merchandise is generally 5 business days from date of order.
Made to order parts, need to be fabricated. Chrome is 2 weeks and Powdercoat is 1 week, plus 5 business days to ship. Any delay in completion of order will only occur when out of state for industry events, again you will be notified.
What do I do if I need to return an item which was purchased?
Apparel items can be returned provided they are unworn, unwashed, and still in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns should only occur within 30 days. Return freight is at the expense of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Credit will be given once the item is received and inspected.
